according to Judge Naplitano I could say kill crow and even kill Riley without comiting a crime as long as tthe person I trying to incite to comite to murder is not in the room with the victum
a strange legal satnce althought it explains some stuff
personaly I think encouraging people to comte murder is flat out worng but you have a legal pretext dealing with some thes eradio/net criminals consider finshing the matter,permentatly
