Another of the email adresses (kb9rqz@yahoo.com) used by Mark Morgan of Chassell, MI to flood usenet with thousands of nonsensical, useless messages, has been banned by Google groups for numerous violations of Google's terms of use, which include efforts to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; posting inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful Content, and; restricting and inhibiting other users from using and enjoying the Service, through repeated flooding, spamming, and changing of thread titles.
I will repat myself why does the author claim only I lack rights to privacy esp medical privacy as you can see he claims I was taken to an examed that is violation of my privcay wether it happened or not

VE7KFM.com is enagaging in blackmail and promotions of materail threats that involve immoral libel/slander on the of the owner/author of VE7KFM.com I have reason to believe (I have read a forward of a claim by LS that has spoken to the owner of the site) according the FCC is awre of the ownership of the site . she is aware therefore that a commission licenensee is threatening to comit crimes and act of immoral slander against another commission licnesee based on the act against other licensees of the fcc and hams beyond the USA itself

(Unless both are parties to a complaint, but I did not get the impression that your email was a complaint relating to a specific licensee -- is my assumption incorrect?)
